Stuttgart - The new exhibition center, Messe Stuttgart, has been in operation since 2008. With an investment of over 800 million euros, the new convention center spans over 110,000 square meters, making it a highly modern conference center. It opened to the public in the spring of 2007. Stuttgart boasts unmatched advantages due to its marketing concept: “The key is the market.” Among the three federal states, Germany is one of the most powerful economies in Europe, known as the home of innovation and high technology with the highest number of patents and research expenditures. It houses some of the world's most famous companies such as: DaimlerChrysler, Bosch, Porsche, SAP, HewlettPackard, IBM, Trumpf, Stihl, ABB, Alcatel SEL, and Hugo Boss. Baden-Württemberg has become synonymous with success and economic efficiency.

Messe Stuttgart hosts more than 40 trade fairs and exhibitions annually, welcoming over 20 conferences. The events include international high-tech exhibitions suitable for capital goods industry, with 50% of exhibitors coming from overseas. For example, the R + T door and window exhibition; the leading Intervitis Interfructa wine and juice industry exhibition; the bathroom-focused Intergastra event; and the AMB machine tool exhibition. Many of these events are booked two years in advance. Additionally, Messe Stuttgart is a major tourist destination in Europe, hosting significant craft shows like Süffa and Südback, showcasing cutting-edge technology and new visual experiences.

With the continuous growth in exhibition space and scope, Messe Stuttgart became one of Germany's top ten conference venues in 2000, alongside the Liederhalle Cultural and Congress Centre (KKL) and the Messe Congress Centre Stuttgart (MCCS). As part of the SevenCenters marketing partnership, it is one of Germany's seven major conference and trade center alliances. In September 2005, it hosted the joint annual meeting of the European Wound Management Association (EWMA), the European Tissue Repair Society (ETRS), and the German Wound Healing Society (DGfW). The European Summit also took place in Stuttgart in November 2005.

Located near Stuttgart Civil Airport, the new conference center and multi-purpose hall will make Messe Stuttgart an even more attractive venue. This integrated complex, costing 806 million euros, features an artistic exhibition hall spanning 5,000 square meters that can accommodate 4,900 people. Here, exhibitions and congresses can be held simultaneously. Furthermore, the conference center boasts two large meeting rooms that can hold 2,700 and 1,700 people respectively, which can be divided into up to 30 smaller rooms. From the outside, the conference center appears as a glass cube, with a wide canopy roof extending over the exhibition grounds. Inside, each protruding section resembles a wing, illuminated by natural light thanks to the transparent design, creating a pleasant architectural feature across the two-story hall.
