LAS VEGAS CONVENTION CENTER

The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) is a government building located in Winchester, Nevada. It is operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). The LVCC is situated near the Las Vegas Strip and spans approximately 3.2 million square feet, with exhibition space of 2 million square feet and meeting space of nearly 250,000 square feet. This facility is one of the busiest centers in the world, located within 3 miles of over 100,000 hotel rooms.

Operated by the LVCVA, the convention center is renowned for its versatility, size, and amenities. In addition to exhibition and meeting spaces, there are 144 meeting rooms that can accommodate seating from 20 to 2,500 people. A grand hall and registration area effectively link existing exhibit halls with new ones and meeting rooms, allowing for simultaneous setup, breakdown, and display of multiple events. In 2012, the Las Vegas Convention Center received the AIPC Gold Certification from the International Association of Convention Centers. The AIPC reviewed the organization's management practices, policies, procedures, and customer service. Additionally, they rated facility performance metrics, financial accountability, economic impact, safety, emergency preparedness, financial integrity, employees, suppliers, community relations, communication, and environmental responsibility.
